1. Delivery to Major Cities (within Pakistan)
Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days after dispatch.

2. Delivery to Other Areas (within Pakistan)
Delivery may take 4 to 6 working days after the order has been dispatched.

We aim to make returns and exchanges as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
• You may return a product if it arrives damaged or if the size does not fit.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
• A flat delivery fee of PKR 199 will be charged for exchanges.
• For refunds, PKR 200 will be deducted to cover delivery charges.
